Yet Tuzzolino was given $795,000 worth of PLFF stock in exchange for this land.

The subsequent use of the stock is unclear, although erratic large sales of PLFF at inflated prices appeared in the period following their issuance. Also, Reid, et al, used PLFF shares in a Treaty Energy deal for which they are currently being prosecuted.
