My Visit to Company Headquarters yesterday

This is for the investors, if there are any left

Yesterday morning, I went to the company HQ to ask several question about the viability of the company.

I arrived there about 10:15 AM.

Another company was occupying the suite !!

I told the guy there I was looking for Evolucia and as informed they had left the middle of January. He thought the had gone to Colorado. Just a guess on his part.

Evolucia seems to have a habit of breaking their leases.

"Effective July 9, 2014, we entered into a lease located at 4920 Lena Road, Unit #106, Bradenton, Florida 34211. The lease is under a one year lease and requires monthly rent, plus sales tax, of approximately $1,200."

So, it looks like the company is just a whisper on the wind...quietly blowing on the wind...along with your money.


Just an aside.

The building on PARKWAY WAS 60,000 sq ft

The unit on Lena Rd was 1,500 sq ft
..... the smallest of any of the company's HQ I had visited.
