One government enterprise Chinese company I have owned for several years is CHL, highly favored by Barrons FWIW. Both profitable and good distribution yield. Current LTCG % is 38%, per TDA.

Tie in with AAPL and probably every large cell-phone maker; reputed ~800.000.000 customers/users.
