maybe something happened, maybe nothing happened...vietnam could be the reason why kim has been delaying the s-1 for so long...he made a last ditch effort last week...regardless of whether the outcome was good or bad, kim needs to get on with the s-1....he needs the money...

i have no doubt kim will say that vietnam definately wants to do business with kblb and are very eager to do so because they realize what a great opportunity they represent yada yada...and of course vietnam has put the legislation issue on the fast track blah blah...

i really dont know why everyone doesnt already realize this?...thats what you're gonna get...
