the said, imo, this is a very simple play:
• 000x stock (currently 0001) with market cap under $500k.
(fully diluted AS + 2b AS bump assumed)
• real website linked to a professional call center partner, Telepoint.
• Clinton announcing campaign within 3-4 months.
like all pinks, it's a complete gamble.
and like most pinks, i don't care what the execs filed incorrectly or what not.
in plays like this, the only things that matter are:
• minimizing dilution before payoff (thus, my concern over debt spiral).
• company doesn't do something stupid and get suspended by the SEC before payoff.
in the end, pinks like XCLK are a complete gamble.
and need to be viewed that way by all who trade them.
in this case, i like the odds of gamble.
nothing more.
nothing less.
99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
