I would not feel bad. You are not bound by any confidentiality agreement. Unless you are concerned your sources will get in trouble, I would not lose any sleep.
Most people would call it good DD. During this time of silence, it is nice to hear things are moving.

But one thing I never understood was why the Government of Vietnam would even bother putting out a news report about a small, almost unheard-of, US penny stock company. It just seemed odd they would waste their time. You would think if they really had no interest, they would just ignore KBLB.
