The Company they are buying is already in the business - so why are they selling to a company like GCEI with no track record of doing anything but hyping for over 8 years?
And why would they take GCEI's lousy stock? If they had an operating company they could go on the pink sheets themselves.
If the market is so large and valuable they could develop their own supply sources.
Looks to me like they are a struggling company where the owners are memorized by having a lot of stock of a public company but that profitability is just a dream!!
