Perhaps, but we do not know what contacts the company has within the government or the patents they may hold specific to LED lighting for tactical, mobile applications such as the military or law enforcement customer base they have serviced.

My prior post was not implying Cyberlux Corp, has any potential buyout suitor; however, their proprietary technology employed in their lighting systems sold to the National Guard could be of interest to some company with greater resources for development and marketing.

In addition, I am just fine with the company remaining independent and endeavoring to work the process of restructuring their debt and be awarded government contracts for their lighting products to generate revenues.

Nobody would buy this mess out, too many other led companies out there. that ship sailed a few years ago.
