IMO the vote will be much tighter if the price has not moved up. There are 28 trading days until March 10th excluding Feb 16th.. Worst case with 3M dilution per day, gives 15 trading days to max 300 OS and then 13 trading days without. So I believe the pps will move up before the vote even in the worst case.
