Why are they having such difficulties raising the funding to go into production?

Didn't, they say that, they had $20,000,000 in back orders and wouldn't providing proof of these back orders reduce a lenders/funders concerns over risking their money, if it is backed with secured back orders?

They(Mr.Frank Neukomm and Mr.Bob Farr ) did mentioned that, these back orders existed in earlier statements made in the past!

The back orders either exist or they don't and if, they don't wouldn't that, be interpreted as fraudulent?
