Yes Bob I believe tht the S1 deals with a lot of things through the CSC deal. Kim is asking for more money. That is not a reason to delay an S1. The wording of our past S1s could be used and the number changed and we would have approval.
It is IMO about why ne needs the extra cash. The COO is one reason. But I dont know if it is the only one. I dont think it is.

Kim hired a COO because he has something operating. It is a fairly easy assumption to make that he didnt need a COO for the last years so there must be a need for one. Something changed. It apparently changed for the better since Kim needs help of a COO
