Some questions related to S1:
- when looking at timings when sec docs were released, this can happen both before trading day/after trading
day. Is this correct to state that the S1 effectiveness on edgar could come at any time or would this always be after trading day?
- when declared effective, is the complete S1 available immediately, or only after the company PR'd the omitted information?
- es stated a period of 20 days ime for the sec to comment on amendments. Are we talking about 'business days' or 'calendar days, including weekends...'
