As I understand it fleck, a case dismissed WITH Prejudice, an appeal can be made for the "dismissal" to be vacated..in other words, re-open the case..

a plaintiff must file a motion to set aside a dismissal

Surely MMRF will update about the lawsuit (dismissed) as it always PR'd before..right? LOL

If anyone believes this post contains anything false, tortious or libelous, please point it out. I will promptly retract it and apologize or else explain why I believe you are wrong.
