They are suing the outfit that built it (fraud? or just damages?) or they are in some kind of litigation pre-trial legal battle to collect damages. Hard to get details when it is in a legal path, then add in the China location....

The original HPBS unit built by the invetor is still in service and working perfectly, been a good 2 + years for it iirc.

All we can go by for now is the reduced share structure, new management, new money behind the corp control (that appears to be supporting the stock price, and not driving it down to dilute like so many, like Asher are nototious for doing).

Last I heard they were going to build a new one using the old design part that is still working to fill the first order, but I have not heard anything in some time about that. I have heard the new key money people plan to get serious about further testing and work on the engine at the Embiddle University again.
