Not sure I agree with you on PHOT's recovery...TOOOOOOO many obstacles and unresolved issues looming overhead!!!!!

Huge debt...Lawsuits.....Grey Sheets....This is the BIGGIE...
NOT A MM IN SIGHT, no where no how.....Brick and mortar = revenue losing endeavor!!!!!!! Chances of EVER "UPLISTING" are slim to none.....

Hegyi and his band of whatever's are sucking what life is left out of this pump and dump, pay check by pay check!!!

Volume is all but gone, 3 BILLION shares sitting there just waiting to be released on unsuspecting, unaware, & uneducated hard working individuals.......

I am sure that the SEC still has them under the microscope on a daily basis (At least I hope they do).......
