Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a picture of my plants, they have 3-4 more weeks of flowering to go in my Phototron original.

Absolutely love the product. I found they grow better without all the lightbulbs plugged in. It gets too hot otherwise, and sometimes the leaves burn a little bit when they touch the bulbs. Unplugging the device for a couple minutes cools them all the way down but still this could be improved. My yield has been highest in the past with two plants, since the three plants tend to get a little bit crowded. However, this time I put three clones in and the flowers look quite large despite the fact that there are a couple more weeks to go.

The strains grown are dream queen (2 large on the right) and chocolate hashberry (1 short on the left). the smell is amazing.


a few things I'd like to see:

1) Different temperature bulbs. It'd be nice to see some 2700K bulbs either for sale or have 3 of the 6 bulbs be the warmer temperature

2) reduce the burning on the leaves. possible solutions include adding a coating around the bulbs or a protective net of some sorts

3) USB input and mobile application. I personally would be happy to develop the Phototron app and it could be given to customers for free with their product. It could have a calendar tracking grow progress and lighting changes.


I've been here for well over a year, endured quite a few losses after the halt but I still believe in the company and still hold a core position. Here are the plants:
