It looks like two civil matters are pending. Normally “pending” means initial fillings. I don’t know if they are from a shareholder, but I would guess some shareholders have begun legal fillings. A few shareholders on yahoo last month told me that they were filling via email. I have access to certain law enforcement databases, but with civil cases, unless they go to trial, records can be difficult to locate. I used a contact that has access to the actual initial filling paperwork, which generates hits on certain databases creditors use to avoid doing business with companies that could be getting sued. I will be doing another inquiry next month, as I am curious to see if it goes to litigation, gets dropped or gets settled. Most civil cases get settled out of court. When that happens paper trails are difficult to find. It looks like with bebevco, they often settle. I guarantee Weber will do whatever it takes to avoid any litigation where there is discovery and subpoenas flying around digging into his records. If a shareholder sues weber for 5 k, weber will just sell 5 k worth of bbda shares and pay off. If a civil case goes to litigation, bbda is finished.

I agree that Weber reverse splitting was not illegal. What is illegal and also immoral and just flat out evil was for the last 3 years, weber touting buybacks to shareholders as well as an end to dilution, when it’s clear Weber had no intentions of doing so. As recent as last month Weber in official press statements, talked about imminent share buybacks and ending stock dilution. In the September and summer shareholder video updates, Weber actually on video touted dilution should be over by October lol. Telling investors to “double down” He will say anything to sell stock. His salary depends on it. Without selling shares, he is working at Walmart. Weber has been playing this game for years. It is a violation of SEC regulation to put out false information in an attempt to pump the stock and mislead investors. If a shareholder was to get Weber in court and show those BBDA videos and prs, it would be curtains for Weber and Bebevco. I think this is the year that will happen. As far as the SEC investigations, I know personally of about 8 shareholders who filed complaints with the SEC. I filled one myself against the BBDA operations manager Ken Fletcher who was caught pretending to be a regular shareholder on the internet, trying to trick people into investing. If I ever sued bebevco I would name ken fletcher as well, as I have enough on him to charge him criminally. Bebevco is a criminal organization. Many convicted criminals involved with it, to include the race crew dilution pumpers who are mostly convicted felons.
I do think if Weber puts out a good ice-cream and cheech relax drink pr next month we could see a big pump. If so, most Long abused shareholders will sell immediately. New bag holders will get the bag of worthless BBDA shares. But, I don’t think BBDA/Bebevco/Weber will survive 2015. One good civil action could destroy BBDA. If the sec gets involved it's all over immediately. You must remember, in court all company records will be subpoenaed. At that point, the fraud will be exposed. The missing cash and gross mismanagement of funds. A civil trial could turn criminal pretty quick. Investing in BBDA now is crazy IMO. But good luck.
