Mike69 where do you see this? (Court records show multiple active court cases pending against the company) or is this just your thoughts on the matter....I would bet BBDA/BW has lawyers and everything they have done is perfectly legal....I want to see some of these so called complaints to the SEC, I dought there is any. The R/S was and is the only way to get the share count back under control...or was there another way?...I'm not attacking just asking a question.
