Could ESPX/ABBV "collusion" to freeze JnJ and Gilead out of the HEP-C market raise legal issues in terms of "restraint of trade?" It seems to me that PBM's ability to set pricing is not unlimited.

That could hypothetically be an issue if ABBV tried to lock up all of the major PBMs, but that’s not going to happen (IMO). Rather, there will be a tacit agreement between ABBV and GILD that’s typical of a duopoly, wherein each player aims for substantial market share while leaving plenty of market share for the other party.
