Ok. Now your judgment is clouded. Ive been trading for a long time as well, and my experience tells me that sometimes significant increases are due to obviously planned RS, and sometimes due to complicated financing deals. I believe we are the latter case.
The CEO has no reason to dilute his own holdings, which currently are ten percent of the o/s, he has a solid reputation in the industry, and he has publicly pledged that this is not about dilution.
The RS suggestion has no basis, and those of us who have followed all of the news and filings have a good grasp of what is really happening
