sure some of the same words are used..."underwriting" is what is going on with t-mobile and kim is claiming underwriting with his csc deal....

The words are the same because the process is the same.
The underwriters get their shares at a discount to the market price and sell the shares for an instant profit to the suckers eating up the dilution. The PPS falls and the buyers are in the red the day the dilution occurs.

Exactly the same thing that you claim CSC does to KBLB

In return the company uses the money to fund operations and those that believe the company will make a gain on the money they made by selling shares will take on the risk and hold their shares until the profits increase the value of their investment.

Only difference....

T-mobile did their start up decades ago (1985-2002). KBLB is just beginning.

And they had some major problems in start up too.

However, like other first-generation analog systems, it suffered from poor call quality and was susceptible to eavesdropping.

And IPOd with 400M shares

A lot more in common then I expected.

if you want to sell your house, you get a real estate agent...
if you want to sell your dog house, you put it in your front yard and stick a sign on it...

Except in this case the realtor is willing to list a dog house....that's odd.
