legit financing doesnt necessarily cause you to "give up" a portion of your company..

Might I ask how many deals you have been privy to, as i've witnessed more than I care to speak of,where a percentage of the company,as well as voting privileges were normal fixtures....

Where the VC's wanted to provide input at every interval because ultimately it's not the shareholders they concern themselves with....it's making a profit for themselves.

if legit financing was such a poor option, then most legit companies wouldnt use it...but in fact, they do...

I never stated that the options you speak of are poor.

The more dependent upon the funds, the better the leverage of the lenders.

so its not a very good argument..

As words were used in defense of my original post,that I never stated, i'd say that my opinion carries weight....
