It might be difficult to locate a company that has produced a single glove since 2008 made from MS

Impossible. No one else has MS. How many gloves they made, is an assumption.

We are all free to interpret,(not misinform) but clearly more than a single glove. My take would be that there are several MS fibers and to prove "these fibers are compatible with existing yarn processing and textile formation methods," you would have to prove "all" fibers are compatible.
