Lets assume that all SA wants from IFUS is the loan payments.
Lets assume the claims made here that IFUS is Broke are right.
Then why would SA spend another $500,000 on criminal lawyers to sue IFUS try and collect a simple loan from a worthless bankrupt firm?
Answer, he would not, unless he was off his meds and irrational?
Or he would if he had planned from the beging to Bankrupt IFUS from the begining to seize IFUS and to dump and print shares like we have proven he has done in over 100 scams already.

Why did IFUS-SE director SA, that had loaned the money to IFUS-SE, loan the money if he is as bright as claimed here, if IFUS was a scam, and thus knowing it is a scam and has always been a scam?
Was SA too dim witted to see that IFUS-SE had no future, no market, no product, and had a scam artist running the company, MW?
Or did SA see a possible "Bagasse feed empire" opportunity to invest in, and he then plotted and planned the take over of IFUS-SE and then got caught red handed with his hands in the cookie jar?

If IFUS-SE has and had nothing as claimed here, why would SA and JS steal the IFUS-SE assets and use them to form Absorbezz to market products that have been claimed to "Not exist" and claimed "to be worthless" ???
Who steals reportedly worthless IFUS company assets and spends hoards of money to build a new company to market a worthless product that has no market after loaning $250,000 to that new companies worthless competition IFUS?
Answer, it seems SA, Steve Adelstein, who has no defense for his criminal acts does?
It seems that much of the story here is total fiction to me, just a story with plenty of hype and hoopla that has no substance behind it.
Therefore, it is obvious that IFUS is real!!
Rest assured, the substance of the IFUS case will be seen by the judge in the court (the only one that matters), and he will be shocked, and SA and JS and Absorbezz will not be happy with the results of the judges decisions.
