1) how old is the lien?? USPR couldn't get this handled in how many years???
2)it isn't about re-negotiating. That will be done between the two movie executives. Pane will tell Mesa, George, instead of getting x amount of shares, you will get y. And George will say, ok Jerry. It's about the FUNDING. WHERE'S THE MONEY? $10 MILLION. WHERE DOES IT COME FROM???
3)need the money before uspr can drill. How's that going for uspr???
As far as I can tell, there's a lot for uspr still to do. let's not forget all the recommendations that uspr's expert geologists told uspr they needed to do in the 43-101 they prepared that uspr never filed. USPR has not stated that they are doing the work that their expert geologists told them to do. So, lot's still to do.
