DRILL, PROVE, AND SELL
NOT MUCH LEFT FOR USPR TO DO ....
1) get the ex-lawyer's lien settled ------ this will make it easier to sell down the road .... no liens ---AND IF/WHEN THEY MEET THEIR DEADLINE - DEC 19TH - THIS WILL MEAN ONE LESS PROBLEM
2) get the mesa deal renegotiated ---- according to update, it is being worked on now
3) start drilling .... then prove .... then sell
