jacapo, by silence I am assuming you mean the lack of a filing and from your post the silence or lack of a filing is due to a SEC suspension. Yet here are a couple of problems with that...

The stock is still trading....ok maybe just one...but it's so huge it counts as two.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
