Hi Wilma. By silence I meant the lack of communication from the management to investors for reasons of not releasing the financials; not answering the phone, no response to messages or emails etc. Also, the SEC posts Co.s under suspension, so UBRG is ok so far. However, although they aren't under suspension, the continued dodging of our questions and the continued lack of support to us (shareholders) reflects a suspicion that something is array; the delinquent status, and the increased risk they placed on invested shareholders etc. is pretty much indicative of the decline that we are currently being subjected to. The article is a merely educational material of what happens after the fact. We need to find out what's going on before that red flag goes up.
