The real dilution didnt start until the first csc deal...counting from 2006 gives you 3 extra years to add in all the dilution to make it appear smaller... Nice try...

I agree with you, I am not sure why es1 decided to start from 2006 when KBLB went public in Feb. 2008.

In 2008, the share count was 499,348,500 compated to the Oct 2014 share count of 673,958,429 makes a difference of 174,609,929.

The CSC deal happened early 2009, and adding up all of the shares converted to cash since then comes out to 110,125,432 CSC-related shares over the 6 years. This is about 18.4M shares a year of CSC-related dilution. This figure is much lower than the one es1 quoted and more accurate to the timeline and activity pertaining to the CSC deal.

Granted, the shares being sold has been increasing recently with 35.3M shares being sold since Oct 2013. This also does not include the 64,484,497 additional shares issued to consultants and other entities since KBLB went public in Feb 2008 which would all come out to the average of 23M shares a year of overall dilution since the IPO, which is still less than what es1 quoted.
