So you admit tmm is committing FRAUD!!! Either they already have a license from Iterated/HP or they don't and you say they need to get one from HP. For once, you got it right. They have no license to anything and need one. However, that also means they have been fraudulently raising funds based on having those technology rights already and suing Dimension on fraudulent grounds. When will tmm's investor lawsuits start??????
