So you admit tmm is committing FRAUD!!!
Everyone knows that the patents,that TMMI are using, don't fall under any patent law; They predate the new patent laws!!.LLOLs Checkmate!!.

Also,Sorry but, those patents the defendants have,CAN'T ever be used with the codec in question!!.
In fact the defendants never, ever answered the plaintiffs about the patents months ago; I WONDER WHY???
Also Larry Panik DID have control of over 15 Million shares, that's public information, something YOU can't hide from!!.
And the only ones CRYING are the Panik's including Mrs. Linda Panik, as those shares are slowly being sold off to pay there fees in this current court case;LLOLs enjoy those Subway TOASTED Sandwiches, that's all they have and NOTHING MORE!!.
