They are going to run out of buyers soon, regardless of price.

The SEC is chasing them due to the ALTO scam, which was suspended and now revoked, but remains under SEC investigation. Same management, same worthless property. Once ALTO got shut down, they just moved the property into EXLA and tried to restart the pump and dump.
