When did the management move all the mining assets ($45,500 worth) from that Grey Sheet stock to EXLA? Are the insiders still holding those 341,999,922 restricted common shares now?

It seem the CFO Chene Gardner is the only company officer now! No any company director available now! So who is controlling EXLA now?

By the way that OTCGreySheet stock was just cancelled by the SEC a couple of days ago! Now we know why the management recently transferred all the assets from there to EXLA. Why did you say those 100-claim properties are "worthless"? Anyway from the financial balance sheet it shows $45.5K valuation for all the mines assets!
