Voted affirmative for H.R. 922, The Swaps Regulatory Improvement Act
Voted for H.R. 2374, The retail Protection Act*

*STATEMENT OF ADMINISTRATION POLICY, October 28, 2013 - H.R. 2374
The Administration strongly opposes passage of H.R. 2374 because it would deny important rulemakings underway at the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Labor that are critical to protecting American's hard-earned savings and preserving their retirement security.

H.R. 2374 passed in the House on October 29, 2013 and passed in the Senate on December 13, 2014 (113th Congress)
