I think ECDC CEO needs to address following to begin with:

1) DTC Chill: If NOT there why claim it is there? If DTC Chill is indeed there how he is going to resolve it?

2) Last year 10Q said By this school year company would be actively engaged in many district school buses which in turn should have started generate Rev/Profit this year itself. Why wait till next school year then?

3) How is he planning address expired company license? It got expired in July

4) He says external elements prevent him from posting PRs. Then how is he going to attract new investors?

5) He promised shareholder meeting this fall. Where is it?

Verizon will know and have access to all parents not using Verizon cell phone and market to them. Verizon is going to use SC to corner cellphone biz completely.

ECDC is bringing something to Verizon to grow its core businesses. Including internet, 2way radio and other services to schools. ECDC will grow crazy. Definitely there will be restructuring but only when it will benefit shareholders according to Kay. "We must be able to sustain any added valuation from restructuring and that will only happen if we have revenue to sustain it" so there is a time for everything. He said he has only done one reverse and knows it was a mistake and done too early will not make the mistake again.

He answered all the question we had here. Spent 30 minutes with him after the event I enjoyed every moment. "
