[Seriousintent]

Thank you to all who appreciate what I am doing but we are all here making investment but there are those who will like us to be miserable about our investment and I hated it. For my own peace of mind I had to go. I am glad I did.

Has it even crossed anybody's mind that whe we talk about ECDC we are talking about

3 technology companies not 1.  
  
 I never really give this much thought until he mentioned it. They had to raise money to build the all. Some say dilution others says investment. 
  
 Kay said to me. When business start to generate revenue we could wipe out our entire debt in less than 2 quarters. And be debt free that's one of the benefits of raising capital with equity. The benefit for shareholders may not be obvious now.  3 technology companies with no debt a good independent research report will be instituted next year to provide the true valuation of the company. He will hire an independent research firm from WallStreet but want to have the businesses running with revenue first. 
  
 This guy knows what he is doing , he is smart!!
