I doubt they are going to put out any news until after they change their name on Dec 10. They aren't anting to draw attention to HPEV at this point, they want good news to come with the new name. Hopefully before the end of the month after they will announce the opening of the showcase center. I think a few orders will trump the Spirit Bear hangover. I believe Spirit Bear will try to keep the issue tied up in court.
