Now that the cost of oil is so low I wonder if this theoretical project needs to be re-evaluated. At least, the company needs to publish new numbers.

Oil is down from 200 to 59 a barrel. Surely, there needs to be a 75% reduction in energy costs associated with this to make it seem viable still.
