No i would argue that the experts considered someone else's product better that kblb's holy grail...there are several possibilities...

1. It was all just a ploy to keep shareholders occupied while kim buys time ..

2. Kim didnt have the guts to chance a loss so he sent no one..

3. Ben's ridiculous comment about not knowing if there was a kblb representative present is hiding the fact that there was, and kblb simply lost...

The idea that kim submitted an application and then simply didnt send anyone is just stupid...
