If this person (entity) really wants those shares, they should probably raise the bid. There are not that many shares in hands that want to sell for a quick buck. If the ask gets anywhere near the 0.003-0.0031, I will be all over it as will everyone else, and it will likely not make it to 0.0025 before the official/formal announcement and the craziness begins (probably Monday)

Right now things are quiet, it is always best to buy when things are quiet. Unfortunately, that person would probably have to raise the bid to 0.0035, however with the same $12.5k, would get 3.57M shares instead of 5M. Sorry, life it tough, can't always get what you want. It popped to 0.005 in a nanosecond, once there was the hint of the official change on 28M volume, at that point 0.0035 will seem like a bargain.
