I noticed. And it is probably still down there at .0025. Not showing now as someone with ETRF has a higher bid in at .0034. But rest assured of one thing. Whoever wants 5,000,000 shares at .0025 probably knows 2 things.

A. There is a good reason to spend 12,000 bucks on this stock.

B. They probably know they have a little time to do it or else they would nail the ask.


$12,000 buy order is serious.
