Wait....is this a Real question? Huh? Insiders being those who work for CEO Steve Samblis and have worked for Steve Samblis

Could Steve Samblis throw his former CFO Howard Messer under the bus? Could Steve Samblis get caught off guard by a possible SEC Investigation? If so, would he throw Howard Messer under the Bus?

How could Howard Messer IMO just sit there and not do anything when the CEO refused to 8K the ClearVision deal in 2012?

Why isn't Howard still with this company? Did Steve terminate him or did things get too hot at Steve's company?
