According to an 8K, the President of the Company turned in all his common stock. Of course, he also issued himself 200,000,000 shares of convertible preferred stock - convertible into two billion shares of common stock.
So, after a 1 for 300 split, how many shares of common stock are there? How many shareholders are there? How many shareholders own more than 10,000; 25,000 or 50,000 shares of common stock?
What percent of the total common outstanding are made up of the above?
Does any common shareholder own more than 5%?
