What part of "will immediately resign from Creative Edge Nutrition" do you not understand???

The press release is speaking of their FUTURE plans (as in if/when the spin off happens). You keep repeating the same misinformation over and over that "Bill and the BOD resigned effective immediately" but it doesn't make it true.

The press release DOES NOT SAY THEY HAVE RESIGNED ALREADY. Is it really that hard to understand? Really?

HAVE AND WILL ARE NOT THE SAME!!
