Bill and the BOD resigned effective immediately and then signed this letter CEO of Creative Edge Nutrition. No lawyers do not look at every press release but that wasn't the question raised here. The questions raised is why did he, if he actually did (which I highly doubt), have to have 4 attorney's from the SEC look at this press release to make sure it was a legal. Why were they thinking what they were doing or saying is illegal. That was the questioning. Not jus a lawyer looking at a document. So has Bill resigned effective immediately and Robinson running FITX. And why did the board have to resigned immediately in order for this other company to form. The other company is not formed and they are not even sure if it will. Sorry makes no sense and would the prudent thing be to make sure everything is in order. that they had to step down to move this other non existent company along is BS at it's finest.
