Our version of "OTC land" is called AIM and it is as badly legislated as your OTC by the looks of things, thankfully ours is getting a major overhaul to try and put a stop to this sort of company.

There is no point in trying to contact the company, they are doing OK out of it with no risk to themselves. Some may be taking what they know will become worthless shares as part of a salary package but that doesn't bother them as the majority of value lies in other "drawings".

If you choose to accept that sort of underhanded running of a company into which you've put your own money it is entirely up to you, I've never said any different, merely alerting the novice investors to what is going on.
