The real FACTS are that nor Mr. Voaden or nor any other Director / Manager currently in place at FLPC has ever been convicted of anything illegal as of today.

If you have any problem with Mr.Voaden or/and any other FLPC Director/Manager ,
please , take it up with the Company or report them to the SEC .

All your Great DD leads to NOTHING concrete.
It just attempts to throw the discredit on the BOD and "save us all" , lol...

It seems to me you are very unexperienced in OTC Land ... I've been invested in a Company in which A REAL CONVICTED FELON was the CEO !
And i ended up making $ dozens of grands ! ... lol
