So let me get this straight... You think that CSC and Kim are going to dump and you will be thankful when you buy in the .02s
BUT you are buying and you think the only news that will come is bad news...

So why will you buy in the 2s?

Why not wait till after the dumping drops it into the 2s and bad news sends it sub penny?

Maybe because those things are not going to happen??

IMO you already missed the bottom but the volume has not increased yet so the "close to bottom" PPS is still available. When the volume starts to average closer to 1M the bottom will be long gone.

The down trend is already broken and the PPS is attempting to break above the 50 SMA.
Its a bit riskier to buy before the volume confirms the reversal but I think the return will be worth it.
