Maybe some of these folk should ask for my impressions before they sign papers or make verbal agreements. LOL
On the contrary, I assume that if Amato wasn't a co-conspirator to the scam, he should seek better business counsel in the future. As it stands, he is in the perfect position to SAY "I wasn't part of the scam," because everything out there can be interpreted that way. (Though a person might wonder why he stood by and let QEDN make so many fraudulent claims about EMF, eh?)
And what can Makmann do? Say, "Oh, yes, you were!!" which would be an admission of his own guilt.
What I said was, "They [the Amatos] were involved in an obvious scam at the expense of shareholders."
Which, in fact, knowingly or foolishly, they appear to have been. I wouldn't go into business with them.
