A very interesting article as a whole.
Note that his is from AMsilk and presumably written by their researchers at least in part.
As shown in the tables and text, the very best results obtained after many man years of work are fibers approximately one fifth (1/5) as strong as N.Clavipes drag line silk, weaker than standard B.Mori silk.
